Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident booking with Sriram Yoga. Here's how refunds and cancellations work.

1. Trial Session (₹500)

The ₹500 trial session fee is non-refundable once the session has been conducted, as it covers the instructor's time. If we are unable to schedule your trial within a reasonable time, or you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, the fee is fully refunded.

2. Monthly Plans

• Monthly plans are billed in advance for the full month.
• If you cancel before your first session of the month, you're eligible for a full refund minus any sessions already completed at the equivalent per-session rate.
• No refunds are provided for sessions missed without using the allowed reschedules (up to 2 per month).
• Unused sessions do not carry over to the next month and are non-refundable at month end.

3. Instructor-Side Cancellations

If a session is cancelled by us (e.g. instructor unavailability), it will be rescheduled at no extra cost, or credited toward your next billing cycle if rescheduling isn't possible.

4. How to Request a Refund

Message us on WhatsApp at +91 83760 11975 with your name and payment details. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5-7 business days.
