Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sriram Yoga's website and yoga instruction services. By booking a session or using this site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

Sriram Yoga connects clients with certified, independent yoga instructors for personalized, one-on-one sessions at the client's home, and online, across Delhi NCR (Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad). Our services include general fitness, weight loss, prenatal, senior, and therapeutic yoga, offered for general wellness purposes.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Advice

Our sessions are for general wellness and fitness purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please consult a qualified doctor before starting any new exercise program, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or are pregnant.

3. Client Responsibility & Disclosure

By booking a session, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate, or have fully and honestly disclosed any existing medical conditions, injuries, physical limitations, chronic illnesses, or pregnancy to us and your instructor before your first session — and will promptly update us of any changes afterward.

You are responsible for monitoring your own body during every session and must stop immediately and inform your instructor if you experience pain, dizziness, or distress. Failure to disclose relevant health information, or failure to follow instructor guidance, relieves Sriram Yoga and its instructors of liability for any resulting injury or complication.

4. Assumption of Risk

Yoga and related physical activity carry an inherent risk of injury, strain, or discomfort. You voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for such risks, known or unknown. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Sriram Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from claims, injuries, or damages — including any injury, health complication, or miscarriage — arising from your participation, except where directly caused by our proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Role of the Instructor

Instructors provide general guidance, demonstration, and instruction for educational and fitness purposes only — they do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or supervision. Instructors are not responsible for injuries or adverse effects resulting from undisclosed health conditions, improper execution of poses, or a client's failure to follow instructions.

6. Booking & Trial Sessions

A trial session is offered at ₹500, with no obligation to continue. Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment. Monthly plans are billed in advance and detailed on our Pricing section.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Prices are listed in INR and are subject to change with prior notice for new bookings. Payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable.

8. Package Transfer Policy

A purchased plan is personal to the client who enrolled and cannot be transferred, assigned, shared, or resold to another person, nor downgraded, upgraded, paused, or swapped for a different plan midway through its billing cycle. Any change of plan can only take effect after the currently selected plan's sessions for that month have been fully completed, starting from the next billing cycle. Non-utilization of sessions for any reason does not entitle the client to a refund or extension.

9. Trainer Change Policy

Your assigned instructor will not be changed during an ongoing month or package, regardless of the reason, including personal preference or scheduling concerns. Requests for a trainer change may only be considered from the next billing cycle onward, subject to instructor availability and our discretion, and do not entitle the client to any refund, credit, or compensation.

10. Rescheduling & Cancellations

Up to 2 reschedules are allowed per month across all plans, and sessions must be completed within the billing month. Cancellation requests do not automatically entitle a client to a refund, credit, or rescheduling unless expressly agreed by us in writing. 11. Home Session & Environment Responsibility

For home sessions, the client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and appropriate space with adequate room, lighting, ventilation, and flooring, along with a yoga mat and any other basic equipment needed. If an instructor determines the environment is unsafe or unsuitable, they may refuse, pause, or end the session — this is treated as a completed session, with no refund or reschedule. Sriram Yoga is not liable for injury, loss, or property damage occurring at a client's premises, except where caused by our proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

12. Instructor Safety & Client Conduct

Clients must ensure a safe, respectful, and harassment-free environment for the instructor at all times. Any unsafe behaviour, misconduct, or hostile conduct toward an instructor will not be tolerated and may result in immediate suspension or termination of sessions without refund.

13. Family Member Participation

Only immediate family members residing at the same address may join sessions under the same package, and only after prior information has been shared with, and accepted by, Sriram Yoga. This is a limited accommodation and does not permit sharing, transferring, or reselling the package itself (see Section 8). Unauthorized participants joining without prior approval may result in the session being declined or the plan being cancelled under Section 14.

14. Our Right to Cancel or Suspend a Plan

Sriram Yoga reserves the right to cancel or suspend any client's plan at any time, without prior notice, if we determine — at our reasonable discretion — that there has been misbehaviour, misconduct, harassment, unsafe conduct toward an instructor, or misinformation provided by the client (including undisclosed medical conditions or unauthorized participants). Fees already paid for completed sessions are non-refundable in such cases; remaining unused sessions may be refunded at our discretion per the Refund Policy.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sriram Yoga, its instructors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of false disclosure, non-disclosure, or any breach of your responsibilities under these Terms.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sriram Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, medical complication, miscarriage, death, or loss arising from participation in a session, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct directly attributable to us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or mental distress. Where liability is established, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

17. Services Provided "As Is"

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind beyond what is expressly stated in these Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi NCR.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
